Consultant (Online Harms)

We are seeking a consultant to work on a response to Ofcom’s consultation into online harms. If you have expertise from your own research or policy background in the Online Safety Act’s approach and it’s likely impacts especially on free expression and privacy we would like to hear from you.

• £250-£400 a day depending on experience

What we’re looking for

We are particularly interested in responding to questions around:

• Moderation

• Appeals and review

• Automation of takedowns and use of AI

• Age verification and age assurance technologies.

Ideally, you will have experience drafting consultation responses or other policy documents and track record of creating evidence based policy submissions to a high standard.
